Product Description & Benefits: The Leg Wedge (available in different sizes; includes a pillow cover) allows you to keep your legs in a comfortable position and avoid sore knees, achy legs, and getting your feet to fall asleep. These forms of discomfort typically occur when lying in bed for a prolonged period of time during recovery with your legs laying out straight in front of you. The leg wedge promotes better circulation to the legs and feet and gives your relief from tension. The leg wedge is a great addition to recovery from any cosmetic procedure. The leg wedge comes with a removable cover that is washable and made of blend fabric. The wedge is made in firm polyurethane foam. Available in different sizes, 4", 6", 8" and 10".
For patients having a lower body procedure, the Leg Wedge also serves the purpose of keeping swollen areas (particularly the legs, thighs, calves, and feet area) comfortably elevated in an angle that is needed for reducing swelling. Instructions For Use: Bend your knees and legs and place them on the leg wedge in a position that is most comfortable for you. If you are having a lower body procedure, you may use the leg wedge to elevate the swollen areas (particularly the legs, thighs, calves, and feet area) during the initial phase of your recovery. It is recommended to stay elevated as long as swelling is considerable. The leg wedge can also be used to have a comfortable position while lying in bed.
