Save $5 with the Pack of 5 Implant Stabilizer Bands. Due to long periods of time that you may need to wear this stabilizing band, it is recommended to purchase more than one. Having 5 bands will enable you to always have a freshly clean garment, while the soiled ones are being washed. These bands prevent the upward migration of breast implants post-surgery and will help immobilize the new breasts if you resume exercise.
Product Description & Benefits
One of our most popular styles and can be used alone or with a bra to enhance post-operative results of breast augmentation procedures.
Features adjustable Velcro closures that enable customized band positioning for a better compression.
Made from supportive elastic fabric, this breast band helps stabilize the breast implant, keep it in its correct position, and prevent the implant from rising.
Features a 100% latex-free fabric that offers enhanced support and more durable compression performance.
The fabric provides the compression control you need to optimize circulation and enhance healing, while giving you the "feel good" comfort that patients demand.
Support Bra: There are various support bras that go with this wrap and can be found at: Breast Support Bras & Garments. Patients often prefer wearing a breast wrap with a support bra on top of it.
Instructions For Use: The wrap is typically worn immediately after the surgery for a period of time that may range from a week to a few weeks, depending on the doctor's instructions. During the initial period of post-op, your doctor may instruct you to wear this wrap constantly (even while sleeping) and only remove it when you need to shower. The breast wrap is worn above the top of the implant. The breast wrap can be worn alone or with a support bra. Many patients prefer wearing a breast wrap with a support bra on top of it. It is recommended to wear loose-fitting clothing over the wrap.
Measuring Myself Correctly & Getting The Right Size: This is a one-size-fits-all garment.
Garment Care: Your garment can be hand washed. The garment should be washed in cold water and air/line-dried. Washing your garment in hot water or drying with an electric or gas dryer may ruin the garment. To remove any stains, the garment can be soaked in 2 or 3 gallons of cool water with 1/4 cup of peroxide added. After the garment has soaked, it can be hand washed and air/line-dried.
Important Healthy Tip: Due to long, continuous periods of time that you may need to wear the garment, it is recommended to purchase 2 garments. Having two garments will enable you to always have a freshly clean garment, while the soiled one is being washed.
Applicable Procedures: Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants, Transaxillary Submuscular Breast Augmentation, Trans Umbilical Breast Augmentation), Stabilizing & Positioning Implants.
