Instructions For Use: Please stand in front of a mirror when putting on the facial band. Watching yourself in the mirror will help you as you position the facial band around your face, head or neck. The facial band should be laid on a flat surface with the Velcro strip face up. Pick up the band, positioning your hands at the ends of the band. Position the middle of the facial band underneath the chin while extending the ends of the band up over your head. The side of the band without Velcro should be placed against the crown of the head first. You can now place the side of the band with the Velcro over the top of your head, making sure the Velcro strip is flat and secure. You can then position the two smaller straps on the front and back of the head to hold the facial band in place.
Measuring Myself Correctly & Getting The Right Size: One size fits all. This adjustable garment can accommodate all sizes.
Garment Care: Your garment can be hand washed. The garment should be washed in cold water and air/line-dried. Washing your garment in hot water or drying with an electric or gas dryer may ruin the garment. To remove any stains, the garment can be soaked in 2 or 3 gallons of cool water with 1/4 cup of peroxide added. After the garment has soaked, it can be hand washed and air/line-dried.
