This 100% latex-free adjustable facial band with an adjustable neck wrap provides adjustable compression for both the face and neck area. One size fits all. The garment is made of nylon, polyester and elastomer.

Measuring Myself Correctly & Getting The Right Size:  This item comes in two sizes: M and L.   Please select M if your neck circumference is less than 16".  L is recommended for necks with a circumference larger than 16".

Instructions For Use: Please stand in front of a mirror when putting on the facial band. Watching yourself in the mirror will help you as you position the facial band around your face, head or neck. The facial band should be laid on a flat surface with the Velcro strip face up. Pick up the band, positioning your hands at the ends of the band. Position the middle of the facial band underneath the chin while extending the ends of the band up over your head. The side of the band without Velcro should be placed against the crown of the head first. You can now place the side of the band with the Velcro over the top of your head, making sure the Velcro strip is flat and secure. the straps that cover the neck can now be fastened. The side of the neck strap without Velcro should be placed around the neck first. Once that is in position, you can place the neck strap with Velcro around the neck. Please make sure the Velcro strip is flat and secure. The band can be adjusted by repositioning the Velcro straps on the head or neck to improve the compression provided around the head or neck.

Garment Care: Your garment can be hand washed. The garment should be washed in cold water and air/line-dried. Washing your garment in hot water or drying with an electric or gas dryer may ruin the garment. To remove any stains, the garment can be soaked in 2 or 3 gallons of cool water with 1/4 cup of peroxide added. After the garment has soaked, it can be hand washed and air/line-dried.

Important Healthy Tip: Due to heavy drainage and long, continuous periods of time that you may need to wear the garment, it is recommended to purchase 2 garments. Having two sets of garments will enable you to always have a freshly clean garment, while the soiled one is being washed.
