Instructions for Use

1. Prior to first use, charge the device for 24 hours on the charger cradle.
2. It is recommended to remove makeup by hand prior to using ProSonic, as using the device to remove makeup may stain the brush bristles, but will not affect the device’s performance.
3. Once charged, turn ProSonic on by pushing the large power button on the bottom of device. To turn off, press the same button again.
4. Wet your skin and the brush head with water and then apply cleanser directly to your skin or to the brush head.
5. You may use the Botanical Cleanser provided in this kit or any other cleanser brand with ProSonic. Gently move the brush over your face and neck area using small and slow circular motions. Begin on the forehead, then work your way down the rest of your face and neck. Washing the face should take 1-2 minutes. If using device on the body, use the body brush and follow the same instructions.
6. Do not press the brush too hard against the skin as this will reduce the device’s effectiveness.
7. ProSonic is gentle enough to be used everday on all skin types and ages.
8. ProSonic is waterproof and may be used in the shower or bathtub. Do not charge device while bathing or submerge the charger in water.

Speed Setting

When you press the bottom large power button to turn unit ON, the initial start-up speed (Speed 1) is for sensitive skin (on device, bottom light will go on). To change to Speed 2 for normal skin, press top small speed button on the device once (on device, middle light will go on). Press top small speed button again to advance to Speed 3 for Body (on device, top light will go on).

Brush Types

ProSonic comes with three different brush heads. Each brush is for a specific skin type and body area:

Device Care

Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals to clean any part of the ProSonic. Do not put any part in a dishwasher. Wash the device using warm water mixed with soap to remove any dirt or residue. The handle is sealed and fully waterproof. Never try to open the device for any reason.

Brush Heads Care

It is recommended to clean the brush head once a week with antibacterial soap or liquid. To clean, remove the brush head from the device and wash with soapy, warm water. It is recommended to replace the brush head every 3-6 months (depending on how often you use it) as the brush bristles become worn and less effective over time.

How to Remove or Attach a Brush Head

To take the brush head off device, turn the brush counterclockwise and pull away. To attach the brush head on device, slightly push down and turn the brush clockwise until you feel a resistance and lock the brush in place.

Charger Care

Unplug the charging cradle before cleaning. After unplugging the cradle, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the charging cradle in water.

What is the recommended amount of time for Prosonic face and Body application?

One to two minutes on the face and body. Intense body cleansing and massage benefits can vary by each individual use.

The Prosonic seems rough on my face. Should I apply pressure when using it?

No. Do not apply pressure to your face when using Prosonic. Turn the unit on, touch the brush to your face, and let the unit do the work.

Why does my skin seem to need more moisturizer since I've been using the unit?

Your skin is experiencing better exfoliation and is more thoroughly absorbing moisturizer.

Why does my skin looked flush after use?

Prosonic is an invigorating cleanse, which may give your skin a temporary rosy glow.

Why does my Prosonic not hold a charge?

Improper charging. To charge, place the unit on the charger with the brush head facing the cord outlet of the charger. The red light above the button on the front of the unit will blink when the unit is correctly in place and charging. Once charge is complete, the light will stop blinking and remain steady. If you do not place the unit on the charging station correctly, your unit will not charge.

Why does my unit randomly turn on and off during use?

Your unit is not sufficiently charged.  

How often should I charge my unit?

We recommend charging your Prosonic once a week, but charging needs vary based on individual use. When your unit is fully charged, unplug the charger to store it.
