This breast form has been discontinued by the manufacturer and replaced by the : Amoena Tria Natura Light Breast Form (with comfort +)
Product Description & Benefits: Made of a soft, lightweight silicone front layer that makes it 35% lighter than traditional breast forms, the symmetrically shaped, shallow to average profile Amoena Tria Light Breast Form has a round, natural shape with anatomical curve. For the woman with extra tissue on her chest wall, this symmetrically shaped, average to full profile form has a soft, flowable gel back layer that hugs the chest wall closely and securely for comfort and confidence. It is ideal for women with an uneven or sensitive chest wall, osteoporosis, arthritis, or lymphedema. This average to full profile symmetrical form is designed for women whose breast tissue in the natural side drapes in the lower part of the cup, mature women with soft breast tissue. Additionally, the form can be worn by women with an average round profile where there is an equal amount of breast tissue on the top and bottom of the breast, typically leading to a more round appearance in the upper cup area. The breast form (prosthesis) is designed to look and feel similar to the natural breast in weight, shape, color and texture. This breast form is appropriate for all types of mastectomy/breast cancer surgery (radical, simple, partial, bilateral), breast reconstruction, and breast conserving procedures.
The primary benefit of this breast form is that it restores balance to the body by replacing the weight loss in the breast area following a mastectomy. The breast form helps reduce spine curving and shoulder problems caused by weight asymmetry after a mastectomy. The breast form helps a woman restore the natural silhouette to the body for good mental and emotional health. Most importantly, a breast form helps a woman look and feel feminine, attractive, confident, and comfortable.
Find Feminine & Comfortable Mastectomy Bras: A breast form (prosthesis) is only as effective as the bra that carries it. For this reason, wearing the right, properly fitted bra will help you feel most comfortable, healthy, and feminine. While there are many bras on the market, there are only a few that can carry a breast prosthesis properly. The Mastectomy Bras offered in the Store are specially designed for this purpose. In the Mastectomy Bras area, you can find the widest selection of fashionable, attractive, and comfortable bras, including Regular/Average Figure Bras, Full Figure Bras, Bras (w/Built-in-form), Underwire Bras, Front Closure Bras, Leisure & Sleep Bras, Post-Surgery Bras, and Camisoles. All of the bras in the Store include a soft pocket to hold the breast form comfortably in place.
Accessories To Enhance Your Look & Comfort: In the Bra & Form Accessories area of the store, you can find a wide variety of products that are important for enhancing the look of your breasts and for improving comfort while wearing your breast form and bra. Among the types of accessories that you can find include bra inserts, push-up and filler pads to help fill out the bra and add coverage, bra extenders to extend the bra and make it wider, bra pockets that can be sewn into a bra or swimsuit to create a post-mastectomy garment, silicone nipples, balanced-fit-cushions to help you avoid bra twisting and hide hanging underarm flesh, shoulder straps to prevent straps from slipping off the shoulders, washing solution for washing bras, breast forms, and form covers, and other beneficial accessories.
Instructions For Use: Gently handle the breast form while inserting it in the cover that comes with it. Insert the covered breast form delicately inside the bra pocket. It is important to handle the breast form gently when inserting or removing it from the cover or pocket of the bra, as repeated pulling or squeezing of the form may cause damage to it over time. When not wearing the breast form, it is recommended to store the breast form in the box that it came in and keep it away from heat. This will help maintain the shape of the form and prevent accidental harm.
Measuring Myself Correctly & Getting The Right Breast Form: Knowing how to measure yourself correctly and getting the right size is the most crucial step of selecting the proper breast form. For this reason, please view the Size Chart & Fitting Tips associated with this product.
