Product Description & Benefits:
The Criss Cross Back Support delivers lumbosacral back support to help prevent and relieve lower back pain resulting from muscle strain and spasms. The belt comes with a hook and loop closure and a 9" back panel with two criss cross straps for firm support in the back. Featuring a velvet loop on one side panel and 4" elastic on the other side panel, the belt provides upward and inward pressure in the entire abdominal region to supplement stretched or weakened abdominal muscles and reduce stress on the lower back. By limiting the motion of muscles and ligaments, the Criss Cross Back Support helps also to improve posture and serves as a reminder to use proper lifting techniques. The Criss Cross Back Support is made with a lightweight material to give you the back support you need while keeping you cool and comfortable.
This support is a low back orthosis clinically designed to provide compressive support for the lumbar and sacroiliac joints while allowing limited motion. This brace aids in the treatment of a variety of back conditions resulting from injury or disease, and is indicated as a preventive for recurring back injury. It is also useful in the treatment of Facet Syndrome, muscle spasm and stiffness, and for adjunctive support in conservative treatment for strain and disc problems. This support features all elastic construction and is contoured for fit with hook and loop closure.
This garment is ideal for use around the house or in the yard to help prevent injuries from lifting. Injured patients that need lumbar support will also benefit greatly from wearing it continuously.
Instructions For Use:
