Make Me Heal Plastic Surgery Healing Multinutrient Kit (Qty:1)

SinEcch is the only natural Arnica Montana homeopathic remedy on the market that has been clinically proven in research studies to reduce post-operative bruising and swelling. By using SinEcch right before and after a surgery, a patient is able to minimize bruising and swelling, have less post-operative pain and discomfort, accelerate the healing process, and shorten recovery time. Designed specifically for plastic surgery patients, SinEcch is also used for recovery from a wide range of non-cosmetic, general surgeries and procedures and for the treatment of various kinds of traumatic injuries (listed below). Sinecch can also help reduce the swelling of the face and gums and the bruising of gums and skin that sometimes occur after oral surgeries including root canal, dental implant, and wisdom tooth removal.

Kelo-cote Scar Gel

The reusable Cold/Hot Eye Compress may be used on the eyes for both cold and hot therapy to help in reducing post-operative swelling and bruising. The immediate application of cold therapy is beneficial for reducing post-operative swelling by constricting the capillary vessels and slowing down the flow of blood and other fluids to the injured or operated area. Patients also benefit from cold therapy's anesthetic effect on the nerves, which helps reduce the sensation of pain and provides a soothing, refreshing, and relaxing feeling to the injured or operated area. Further, cold therapy reduces the risk of hematoma formation. Because cold therapy helps to restore strength, mobility and range of motion more quickly, patients may reduce their hospital stay, heal faster and feel better sooner. Hot therapy is beneficial in reducing post-operative bruising by helping break down bruising discolorations (i.e. black, blue, purple, green, gray, yellow and other discolorations). Hot therapy can also help increase comfort and relaxation for sore, achy skin and muscle tissues that have been operated on.

Instructions For Use:
Make Me Heal Plastic Surgery Healing Multinutrient Kit Directions For Use:
Pre-Op Formula: The Pre-Operative formula can be taken anywhere from 1-2 weeks before the surgery. The Pre-Operative Formula can also be beneficial if started several days prior to the procedure. The last packet should be consumed the day before surgery. Take the entire contents of one packet with a meal daily 14 days prior to surgery or one packet twice daily with a meal 7 days (or closer to the surgery) prior to the surgery, or as directed by your physician. Each packet contains 1 Multivitamin/Mineral tablet, 1 light tan Ester-C capsule, and 1 white Zinc Chelate tablet.
Post-Op Formula: The Post-Operative formula can be started the day after surgery (beginning 24 hours post-op) or several days following surgery for a period of 30 days. If you are unable to begin taking the Post-Operative Formula for several days after surgery, you should begin as soon as you are comfortable swallowing the pills. Take the entire contents of one packet twice daily with meals, or as directed by your physician. Each packet contains 1 Multivitamin/Mineral tablet, 2 bright yellow Quercetin/Bromelain Complex tablets, 2 white L-Arginine capsules, and 1 white L-Glutamine capsule.
SinEcch Directions For Use: SinEcch contains 12 capsules and comes with a blister card on which the information about when to take each dose is printed. The dosage regimen is Arnica 1M for the first three doses and Arnica 12C for the next 9 doses. SinEcch should be taken 3 times daily for 4 days starting on the day of surgery. For best results, do not eat or drink for 15 minutes before or after taking this homeopathic remedy. Ingesting food 15 minutes before or after you take the pill will diminish the effectiveness of Arnica Montana.
Kelo Cote Directions For Use: After cleaning the affected area, pat dry and gently spread a very thin coat of Kelo-cote over the site. You may apply a thin coat of Kelo-cote gel daily for best results. After application, wait 8-10 minutes for the gel to dry. If any irritation occurs, you should stop the treatment. Kelo-cote should not be used on open or fresh wounds, as the product should be applied on the scarred area only once the wound is closed.
Compress Directions For Use:
Cold Therapy:
1. Wrap the face compress in a towel and place it in the freezer overnight prior or 5 hours to use.
2. When ready, unwrap the compress and let it sit for 10 minutes. Do not apply the compress right away to the affected area as the cold temperature may cause freezer burns or minor tissue/nerve damage.
3. Apply the compress to the face and secure it with the velcro straps.
4. It is recommended to apply the compress for 15-20 minutes (or as directed by your doctor), and then off the affected area for 40-45 minutes (or as directed by your doctor). Consult your physician for appropriate application times. Following surgery, cold therapy treatments can be done for anywhere from 24-72 hours or longer (or as directed by your doctor). The cold compress can be used in your daily beauty regimen for 3-5 minutes or more to help freshen up a tired complexion, 10 minutes or more to soften the appearance of wrinkles, reduce redness and sunburn pain, and 15 minutes or longer to treat headches, migraines, and sinus problems.
5. When not in use, wrap the compress in a towel and place it in the refrigerator or freezer for future applications.
Hot Therapy: Different methods can be used to heat the compress, from boiling water and hot tap water. Microwaving the compress is not recommended, as it can damage your compress and voids the manufacturer warranty.
BOILING WATER: 1. Boil water in a pot that is large enough to fit the compress.
2. Then, turn stove fire off and take the pot off the stove. Wrap the compress in a towel and place it inside the boiled pot of water for 15-20 minutes; or until desired temperature is reached. Make sure that you do not put the compress in the pot until the pot is removed from the stove.
3. Remove compress from microwave and check the temperature carefully. Ensure compress temperature is comfortable for application. IF too hot, let the compress cool down for a few minutes prior to use.
4. When desired temperature is reached, apply compress to the face. Remove towel prior to applying the compress. If you wish, you may secure the compress with shoulder straps. For comfort, you may want to put a paper towel or gauze between the compress and affected area.
5. It is recommended to apply the compress for 15-20 minutes (or as directed by your doctor), and then off the affected area for 40-45 minutes (or as directed by your doctor). Consult your physician for appropriate application times.
HOT TAP WATER: If you wish to use hot tap water, run hot tap water until it reaches its hottest temperature, and fill a container with hot water. Soak the compress for three minutes and apply over the affected area.
MICROWAVE: Microwaving the compress can be done, but be sure to follow the manufacturer instructions as overheating the compress can damage your compress and voids the manufacturer warranty.
1. Wrap the compress in a towel and place inside the microwave.
2. Microwave for no more than 1.5 minutes.
3. Remove compress from microwave and check the temperature carefully. If more heat is required, repeat steps 1 & 2 and heat in 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat the compress, as this can damage your compress and voids the manufacturer warranty.
4. When desired temperature is reached, apply compress to the face and secure it with the velcro straps. Remove towel prior to applying the compress. For comfort, you may want to put a paper towel, gauze, or thin clean cloth between the compress and affected skin area.
5. It is recommended to apply the compress for 15-20 minutes (or as directed by your doctor), and then off the affected area for 40-45 minutes (or as directed by your doctor). Consult your physician for appropriate application times.
