Massage With Skinsational: The first step of the Kit is the SkinSational Massager, a hand held massager with a soft, pliable, 100% latex-free rubber head. The SkinSational holds the scar gently and mobilizes the skin to improve circulation and healing. Very little pressure is required, making it safe to use on recently healed scars.

The gentle mobilizing action of the SkinSational helps loosen fibrous scar tissue in both superficial and deep tissues. Massaging with the SkinSational may help align collagen under the scar to prevent adhesions and allow tissue to move freely.

Moisturize With SacredEarth Botanicals Lotion & Oil: SacredEarth lotion, rich in polyunsaturated oils and organic botanical extracts, is formulated to provide excellent absorption and great glide for a comfortable massage. SacredEarth oil is a blend of the finest USDA Certified Organic oils. Very concentrated, a small amount will provide several minutes of comfortable massage.

Scar Rx contains one bottle 1 oz. (29.5 ml) of SacredEarth lotion and SacredEarth oil.

Restore Smooth Skin With Gel Mate Silicone Gel Sheet: Medical grade silicone gel sheeting. Self adherent on one side, backed by an anti-microbial (bacteria resistant) cloth. 100% latex free. Gel Mate Silicone Gel Sheet flattens and softens any raised scar. It also may prevent the formation of hypertrophic (thickened) or Keloid scars. It also improves the color and appearance of new or mature scars. Conforms and adheres without tape or wraps.

Unlike rub on gels or creams, only silicone gel sheeting applies long-term light pressure on scars. Medical researchers believe this pressure may influence the alignment of collagen fibers in the scar. Silicone gel adds a hydrating affect to the scar and surrounding skin that aids in mobility and healing and reduces the itching and discomfort experienced when scars begin to heal.
