Measuring Myself Correctly & Getting The Right Size

Knowing how to measure yourself correctly and getting the right size is the most important step of selecting the proper shapewear garment. For this reason, please view the Size Chart (and read the measuring tips) associated with this product.

Instructions For Use: This garment is worn like active underwear underneath any type of clothing (from body-tight fashions to loose/baggy fashion styles) without the shapewear garment showing through underneath your regular clothing.

Garment Care: The garment can be hand washed or machine washed with warm water. Do not use bleach. For drying, the garment should be hang/air dried. Do not put the garment in the dryer. Do not iron.

Important Healthy Tip: As you may wear your body shaper garment everyday and/or frequently, it is a good idea to purchase 2 garments. Having two shapewear garments will enable you to always have a freshly clean garment, while the soiled one is being washed.

What are the benefits/plusses of this product? Good for the flank area

What are the disadvantages/minuses of this product? Would prefer the middle waist inside seam be outside
