Marena uses a fabric technology called "F5 Fabric". Marena makes the only line of compression garments made using F5 Certified material. F5 is a new, revolutionary textile science that brings the top five important fabric characteristics together to create the most comfortable and effective compression wear available. Because of F5 science, Marena Comfortwear feels more like a layer of skin than a compression garment. Patients who use ComfortWear experience less discomfort than patients who wear other compression garments and are more likely to follow their doctor’s orders. Marena’s ComfortWeave F5-certified fabric has a unique combination of five important benefits which outperform all other compression garments in all five of the following performance fabric areas. These are; Power & Stretch, Softness, Durability, Moisture Management, and Anti-Mircrobial Treatment.
Instructions For Use
The hook & eye closures found on the front of the bra should be fastened on the middle row of the hook & eye closures, the front hook & eye closures should be separated and the shoulder straps should be loosened. Slide your arms through the opening between the shoulder strap and bra, but do not tighten the shoulder straps. You should now be able to close the front hook & eye adjustments, starting at the bottom closure and working up. You can now adjust the shoulder straps to the desired comfort. If the bra is too tight or loose, take the bra off by separating the front hook & eye closures. You can loosen or tighten the bra by adjusting the front hook & eye closures. Please repeat the above steps to put the bra back on.
The bra is typically worn immediately after the surgery for a period of time that may range from days to weeks, depending on the doctor’s instructions. During the initial period of post-op, your doctor may instruct you to wear this bra constantly (even while sleeping) and only remove it when you need to shower. As your healing progresses, you should be able to remove the bra for various activities. The garment is worn like a bra would underneath your clothing. It is recommended to wear loose-fitting clothing over the garment.
Measuring Myself Correctly & Getting The Right Size
Knowing how to measure yourself correctly and getting the right size for your garment is the most crucial step of selecting a garment. For this reason, please view the Size Chart (and read the measuring tips) associated with this garment.
Your garment can be hand washed. The garment should be washed in cold water and air/line-dried. Washing your garment in hot water or drying with an electric or gas dryer may ruin the garment. To remove any stains, the garment can be soaked in 2 or 3 gallons of cool water with 1/4 cup of peroxide added. After the garment has soaked, it can be hand washed and air/line-dried.
Important Healthy Tip
Due to long, continuous periods of time that you may need to wear the garment, it is recommended to purchase 2 garments. Having two garments will enable you to always have a freshly clean garment, while the soiled one is being washed.
