About Tonserio
Women come in many shapes, sizes and curves. But there’s one thing we all have in common. Every one of us deserves to feel absolutely beautiful, and comfortable in our own skin. Regardless of cup size.
Dawn Tonsor, Tonserio’s founder, is a woman who’s been a size B, C and D at different stages in her life, she understands all too well the need to feel both beautiful and comfortable. And she’s not alone. The average cup size in America has gone from a 34B to a 36C. Still, over 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra, and suffering for it.
After her breast augmentation, Ms. Tonsor was looking forward to showing off her new contours in sexy, gorgeous, feminine lingerie. Only to discover that her new shape made most bras not just uncomfortable, but impossible to wear. Many women with augmented breasts believe – like she did – that they must learn to live with uncomfortable and often painful bras. Bras that pinch, ride up, poke, prod, dig into the skin, leave red welts, and provide inadequate support. She soon realized that she deserved better than this – as do all women.
Instructions For Use: For best results, it is recommended to buy 2 compresses to be able to have a cold one ready at all times while the other is being used.
Cold Therapy Application
-
Wrap the breast compress in a towel and place it in the freezer no more than 15 minutes.
-
When ready, unwrap the compress and let it sit for 10 minutes. Do not apply the bra compress right away to the affected area as the cold temperature may cause freezer burns or minor tissue/nerve damage.
-
Apply the compress on the breast. Remove towel prior to applying the compress. If you wish, you may secure the compress with shoulder straps. For comfort, you may want to put a paper towel, gauze, or thin clean cloth between the compress and affected skin area.
-
It is recommended to apply the compress for 15-20 minutes (or as directed by your doctor), and then off the affected area for 40-45 minutes (or as directed by your doctor). Consult your physician for appropriate application times.
-
When not in use, wrap the bra compress in a towel and place it in the refrigerator or freezer for future applications.
Note: When stored in the refrigerator or freezer, do not place any heavy objects on top of your compress.
Hot Therapy Application
Different methods can be used to heat the compress, from boiling water to microwave heating. Before applying the compress on the affected area, be sure to test the compress by touching it to make sure that it is not too hot (extreme high temperature may cause severe burn and tissue/nerve damage).
Microwave Heating Instructions
Microwaving the compress can be done, but be sure to follow the manufacturer instructions as overheating the compress can damage your compress and voids the manufacturer warranty.
Heat in an 800 watt microwave on medium power for 45 seconds. If more heat is required, heat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is acheived. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before use. It is recommended to apply the compress for 15-20 minutes (or as directed by your doctor), and then off the affected area for 40-45 minutes (or as directed by your doctor). Consult your physician for appropriate application times.
General Heating Instructions With Water

Boil water in a pot that is large enough to fit the compress.
-
Then, turn stove fire off and take the pot off the stove. Wrap the compress in a towel and place it inside the boiled pot of water for 15-20 minutes; or until desired temperature is reached. Make sure that you do not put the compress in the pot until the pot is removed from the stove.
-
Remove compress from microwave and check the temperature carefully. Ensure compress temperature is comfortable for application. If too hot, let the compress cool down for a few minutes prior to use.
