Wellbox Rental Instructions & Terms

Rental Fees:

1-Month Rental: $295.00
2-Month Rental: $450.00

We know that buying this device is not an easy decision without trying it first and seeing if it works. To make this decision easier and because we are so confident of the product, we are offering you the ability to try the device by renting it first before buying it.

How Does The Rental Arrangement Work?

  • Simply select the rental period you wish to have (1 month or 2 months) from the �Size� drop-down menu above.
  • Then, proceed to checkout as you would normally and we will ship you the device. At this time, you will initially be charged for the full price of the product (this is simply like a refundable deposit).

When does the rental term start?

The rental period starts on the day after your item is delivered to you.  For example, if you order your item on June 1, 2008 and receive it on June 10, 2008, then your rental period would start on June 11, 2008.

What if I want to buy the device after the rental period ends?

If after the rental period ends you like the product and wish to keep the device, you will request a Return Authorization Number via our Customer Message Center and call or email us (please select "Orders" in the Subject drop-down menu) to inform us that you'd like to receive a new unit. We will send you the instructions to return the rented device and upon receipt and inspection of the device, we will ship you a brand new device. The extra cost you will be charged is only $36.00 for handling and shipping the brand new device.

What if I don't want to buy the device after the rental period ends?

If you do not wish to keep the rental device, you may return it to us and you will be reimbursed for the full price of the product minus the rental amount. For example, if you rent a Wellbox for 1 month for a cost of $295, your card will be charged $1499.00 at the time of the rental. If you decide to return the device, you will be reimbursed $1204.00. The device must be returned in working condition with all its parts intact, all instructions booklet and literature included, and the packaging must be in adequate condition for reimbursement. If any of these elements are missing or are not in working condition, reimbursement will not occur and you will need to receive the device back provided that you pay for return shipping.

Rental fees for any units rented from Make Me Heal cannot be reimbursed if unit is returned early.

Rental Device Must Be Returned In Working Condition

All our rental devices are sent in working condition and include all the instructions and literature. The rental device must be returned in working condition with all its parts intact, all instructions booklet and literature included, and the packaging must be in adequate condition for reimbursement. If any of these elements are missing or are not in working condition, shipping of a new unit (if you decided to buy a new unti) or reimbursement (if you decided not to buy a new unit) will not occur and you will only be able to get the device back provided that you pay for return shipping.

Late Fees

If your return is late by more than 7 days from the return rental date, then you will be charged a late fees based on the monthly rate and pro-rate accordingly for each late day. We consider 7 days to be an adequate shipping period to return the item. For example, if you purchase the item on November 1 -for 1 month rental -, you will need to return the item by December 7. 

If a customer is late in returning the device beyond the rental period, customer will be charged for each day of lateness on a prorated basis based on the monthly rate. Late fees are non-negotiable and will be assessed regardless of whether customer decides to purchase a new device after returning the late rental. For example, if customer is late in returning a device by 10 days and the monthly rental rate is $295, then customer shall be charged 10/30 times $295, which equals $98.33.
