Product Return Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with every purchase that you make at Make Me Heal and we want to help you in the event that there is a problem. Because Make Me Heal works with different suppliers, some suppliers have their own return policy and we must honor it. Unless otherwise indicated below for specific items, the return policy for your item is backed by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Dissatisfied customers may return these items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Product must include original packaging and contents. Please be sure to review the list of specific items below in the event your item has a different return policy.

IN CASE OF A RETURN: SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

All shipping  charges for the RETURN OF ITEMS are the responsibility of the customer.

Cannot be returned or exchanged.

ActiPatch Healing Devices

Only defective items can be returned within 30 days and will be reimbursed if our technicians confirm the item is defective. Product must include original packaging and contents.

Breast Implant Sizers - Breast Enhancers

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened products. Opened returns cannot be accepted.

Cold & Hot Compresses and Swiss Therapy Eye Mask

Defective compresses may be returned for a refund or exchange. Due to federal health regulations, items that have been opened and used cannot be returned. Only unopened items that are returned with their packaging intact and in resellable condition within 30 days can be returned for a refund.

Clarisonic and Clarisonic MD

The original (2 speed) Clarisonic has a 30-day money back guarantee. The Clarisonic MD has a 60-day money back guarantee.

Dermasilk Skin Care

Returns only accepted on items deemed to be in resellable condition.

Emjoi Epilators

 Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund.

Garments

Returns are accepted within 30 days for products that are in brand new condition. Returned garments cannot be stained, soiled, washed or extensively worn.

"Refurbished" and "Opened" garments are on final sale and no returns will be accepted.

The amount of credit issued for returned garments will be based on the following: condition of the garments and time limit from order date.

    • 100% credit will be issued for garments that are returned within 30 days of the order date and in a brand new condition.
    • 75% credit will be issued for garments that are returned within 30-60 days of the order date.
    • Credit will not be issued for any garments that are returned after 60 days of the order date or that have been worn, damaged or mishandled by the customer.
    • Custom garments or garments with any alterations are not eligible for a return or credit.
    • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Institut Esthederm 

Institut Esthederm products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure you try samples before you order the product to prevent any allergic reaction.

iRestore Laser Hair Rejuvenation Device

 Returns can be made within 6 months of receipt of the device. There will be a 18% restocking fee for the device if returned. All defective items can be replaced within the 6 month time period as well.

Kelocote, Scar Esthetique, Talsyn-CI, Scar RX 3 Steps Kit, Scar Line Rx

Kelocote: No returns may be accepted for opened items of Kelocote.

Talsyn: Talsyn can be returned within 30 days if unopened. Opened products will not be accepted.

Scar Esthetique: Returns can be accepted for Scar Esthetique. Dissatisfied retail customers may return product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Product must include original packaging and contents.

Scar RX 3 Steps Kit:
NO returns are accepted for used and opened products- not even if you have an allergy.

Scar Line RX: NO returns are accepted for used and opened products.

If the product has not been used, the warehouse will accept returns up to 30 days after the order.

La Roche Posay

You may return these items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Product must be unused, include original packaging and contents.
 

Luminess

The Luminess Device cannot be returned if it has been opened and/or used. (There is a one year warranty on the device. We can only replace the device if it is found to have a manufacturer defect.) No returns are accepted if product has been opened. If unopened, returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Miracle Skin Transformer

We will accept returns for damaged or incorrectly shipped items that are returned to our warehouse within 30 days. We will assume the cost of shipping the product back. This must be done within 30 days or else a credit on your account will not be entered.
  

MTS Peptide HR Complex

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 50% of the product, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of the order date.
 

Any defective item is only returnable within 24 hours of receiving it.

Nutra Luxe Devices, Nutra LuxeLIPO Reduction Infrared Body Shaping Massager & The NutraSonic Device

Defective products can be returned for a replacement within 1 year of purchase. If your device stops working after 30 days, please contact returns@makemeheal.com.  No other returns will be accepted.

Pillows

Due to Federal Hygiene  Regulations Pillows have to be returned in a Brand New Condition. Only pillows with unopened plastic wrap may be returned within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15-25% Restocking fee for all returns.  The Restocking Fee is imposed by the Manufacturer.

ProBody Slim and Shape Device

NO returns are accepted for used and opened products. All Sales are Final once the item has been opened. Defective products can be returned for a replacement within 1 year of purchase. No other returns will be accepted.

Prosonic

NO Returns are accepted for USED  and OPENED products.

Purederm

No returns accepted if product has been opened. If unopened, returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

ReductiRejuvaSil Scar Reduction Gel (w/ Emu Oil, Vitamin C & Squalene) - Buy One, Get One Free!

We will only accept returns for this item if the 2 gels are returned to us. Upon return, the product(s) will be opened and inspected to ensure there is at least 80% of the original contents remaining.

Remington Devices

Items that are opened, used, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Rental Devices: Rental fees for any units rented from Make Me Heal cannot be reimbursed if unit is returned early.

Revitalash MD Lashgro and Jan Marini Age Intervention Eyelash and VB Eyelash

Products can be returned within 30 days if the item has been unused, unopened and in its original packaging. 

Skin Care

These items are backed by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Dissatisfied retail customers may return these items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as 90% of the product is in the container when returned. Product must include original packaging and contents.

Supplements, Homeopathic Remedies, Vitamins

Due to federal health regulations, Make Me Heal cannot accept any returns of any supplements, homeopathic remedies, and multinutrients (including, without limitation, Make Me Heal and VitaMedica brands, as well as all others on the website) unless the seal is not broken and the item label and packaging is in resellable condition. Full credit (excluding shipping) will be issued for items that are returned within 30 days of purchase where the seal is not broken and the item label and packaging is in resellable condition.

Wellbox Return Policy

The Wellbox device (for sale) can be returned within 30days of purchase, unopened and unused. There is a $350 restocking fee for all returned wellbox devices that were originally purchased for sale and not as a rental. Once seal opened, units cannot be returned to us and resold due to FDA regulations on medical devices. Product is guaranteed by a 2 year manufacturer warranty.   If you are not sure whether or not you want to purchase the Wellbox, we recommend you rent it for one or two months to try it first.  For Rentals OnlyAll wellbox devices that are returned must be cleaned thoroughly and returned back the way it was received: Filter must be replaced, internal filter area must be cleaned and wiped with provided wipes and/or disinfectant spray. Also, please wipe down all attachments and make sure all surfaces are wiped clean. If a Wellbox and attachments are returned not in the condition it was sent out in, a $30.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that for every day your rental is late there is a late fee of $7.50 per day that the device is not returned.

Weight Loss Supplements

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened products. Opened returns cannot be accepted.

How Do I Return Or Get A Refund For An Item?

To return an item, please visit our Exchanges & Returns Center online. Once you complete this process, we will send you Return Instructions (along with a Return Authorization number) as soon as possible. Please do not return any item(s) without first receiving our return instructions by email, as your item(s) cannot otherwise be accepted by us. If you have any further questions, please send us a message through our Online Customer Care & Message Center and be sure to select "Returns" from the Subject drop-down menu.

Lost Goods Policy
Make Me Heal's responsibility for goods shipped via common carrier (US mail, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.) ceases when Make Me Heal delivers the goods to the carrier. Make Me Heal cannot be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. The risk of loss and responsibility for such items are assumed by the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. Make Me Heal will assist customer in supplying any information necessary for the completion of customer's claim of loss. However, customer must file a claim with the carrier in the event of loss or damage.

Refused Packages

Make Me Heal accepts the return of packages that customers refuse when they are delivered and will provide a full reimbursement minus a $10 restocking fee. This fee applies to any packages that are refused by the customer and which Make Me Heal has shipped on time to the customer. This fee covers the cost and effort involved in printing our shipping label, packing of the products, and shipping to the customer.

Order & Shipping Errors Policy :

If an ordering (i.e. incorrect item sent) or shipping error is due to Make Me Heal, the Company will either reship the correct item or reimburse customer for item price and shipping expense. All problems due to Make Me Heal's error must be reported by customer to Make Me Heal within 10 days of the customer receiving the item. Any order errors reported after this 10 day period will not be subject to any credit or a reshipment by Make Me Heal. If it is found that the customer made the ordering or shipping error, Make Me Heal will not be responsible for this error.

Use of Coupons
Store coupons or offers cannot be used in conjunction with a Wellbox rental or purchase. Any misuse of coupons will result in an adjustment to your account.  

Wound-Be-Gone Scar Prevention Gel

All returns must be made within 3 months of the purchase date. Products are not accepted if returned in defaced condition, not in original packaging, or have been stored in external outdoor air temperature- less than 59 degrees fahrenheit or more than 75 degrees fahrenheit.

 

Tanda Skincare System

Due to new health regulations, all Tanda sales are final and only defective items can be returned. Product must include original packaging and contents.

Tanda Pearl

Item can be returned within 30 days. Product must include original packaging and contents.

How Do I Return Or Get A Refund For An Item?

To return an item, please visit our Exchanges & Returns Center online. Refused Packages/ Change of Address

Make Me Heal accepts the return of packages that customers refuse upon delivery of their goods and will provide a full reimbursement minus the shipping fee that has to be paid to the carrier in order to return the package to Make Me Heal:

- For packages that were shipped ground/standard, the shipping fee is $8.50

- For packages that were shipped 2nd day and 1 day, the shipping fee will be $10.

If the customer wants to change the destination address of a package after that package has shipped and is already en route, there will be a $10 fee + new shipping cost . These fees are charged by the carrier, and not by Make Me Heal. This fee will be charged to the credit card that was used to place the order.

Items Returned After Return Period

Items returned in new condition (in original packaging, unworn, unused) after the allowed return period may be accepted for store credit only. Returns sent back not in accordance with the return policy will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
