Product Return Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with every purchase that you make at Make Me Heal and we want to help you in the event that there is a problem. Because Make Me Heal works with different suppliers, each supplier has its own return policy and we must honor it. Please read the Return Policy below for your product:

Return or Exchange Policy

For returns and credits, customers must first contact Make Me Heal’s Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) before returning any merchandise. A RAN# may be requested in writing at returns@makemeheal.com. Please provide your full name, contact information, order number, specific item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. A Make Me Heal team member will respond promptly with a return message and instructions for return. Make Me Heal cannot accept unauthorized returns.

Product Evaluation Policy

We will provide new or existing products for a 30-day evaluation period, each product will be invoiced at the time of shipping, and a credit will be issued upon return of each item in a new and sellable condition. Shipping charges for the distribution and return of samples are the sole responsibility of the
Customer, and will not be credited.

Returned Goods Policy

Most of our products are backed with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. All returns are handled as follows:
  1. A Returned Goods Authorization number (RA) assigned by Core Products customer service department is required on all returns.
  2. Freight charges for returned goods are the sole responsibility of the returning party with the exception of defective products. If a product is defective, Core Products will pay for return shipping.
  3. Product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee does not apply to returns for defects.
  4. Credits will be issued for the original purchase price of the product, less any restocking fees. Original purchase price must be provided by the returning party.
  5. Private label items may only be returned due to defects in material or workmanship.
  6. No returns will be accepted on items that have been discontinued for over one year.
  7. No returns will be accepted on special order items.
  8. No returns will be accepted for products two years old or over.
  9. Jeanie Rub Massagers have a 1 year warranty.
  10. Thermacore Packs have a 1 year warranty.

Shipping Error Policy

If a shipping error or incorrect item was due to Make Me Heal, the Company will ship the correct item to customer. Make Me Heal shall either arrange for the shipping carrier to pick up the incorrect item from the customer or reimburse the customer for the shipping expense for returning the incorrect item.

Lost Goods Policy

Make Me Heal's responsibility for goods shipped via common carrier (US mail, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.) ceases when Make Me Heal delivers the goods to the carrier. Make Me Heal cannot be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. The risk of loss and responsibility for such items are assumed by the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. Make Me Heal will assist customer in supplying any information necessary for the completion of customer's claim of loss. However, customer must file a claim with the carrier in the event of loss or damage.
