Product Return Policy
All items are covered by a one (1) year warranty. In the rare event of a defect in workmanship, we will ship the necessary components free of charge. Simply send us the original order details as well as information about the defect. In some cases, the replacement shipment will include a prepaid return label so the defective items can be reviewed by our quality control staff.
Outside of warranty issues, we also accepts returns on unopened items within 30 days from the original purchase date as noted on the invoice. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping is non-refundable. If our staff has fulfilled an order incorrectly, we will correct the order at no charge and include a prepaid return shipping label. Please note the plastic on the pillow cannot be removed at all. No pillow will be excepted if the plastic is removed as this is against Health Regulations.
How Do I Return Or Get A Refund For An Item?
To return an item, please visit our Exchanges & Returns Center online. Once you complete this process, we will send you Return Instructions (along with a Return Authorization number) as soon as possible. Please do not return any item(s) without first receiving our return instructions by email, as your item(s) cannot otherwise be accepted by us. If you have any further questions, please send us a message through our Online Customer Care & Message Center and be sure to select "Returns" from the Subject drop-down menu.
