Our customers are more than just that, they are friends and their comments and compliments are the greatest joy of our work. We wanted to commemorate some of these special words that have touched us and share them with you. While criticism and complaints are heard all the more and drive us to improve our services, getting nice words of acknowledgment of our good work goes right to our heart. As we couldn't possibly fit all the comments from people that we've gotten over the years, we selected a handful. We thank everyone who has sent in beautiful words of encouragement, support, and appreciation for our work .

  • October 21,2015 - Linda:  This correspondence is to acknowledge my feelings about one of Make Me Heal customer service representatives.  I am scheduled for surgery this week and was instructed by my doctor to purchase a Unisex Face Mask, Style FM100.  Upon visiting the website, and reading the numerous comments, I was very confused as to what size I needed.  I called and spoke with Allison who, to say the least, was a breath of fresh air.    With my surgery on my mind and confused as to what size was needed, Allison stepped up to the task and, not only put my mind at ease, but went further to make sure that I was ordering the right product.  This involved her taking the time to do the research to make sure of the information and calling me back with what I needed to know to proceed with the order.  With that, she completed the order.  I asked if she could put a comment on the mailing label to have the package delivered to my side porch entrance.  She tried to include this in the address area but it would not accept the note.  Again, she went beyond what was expected and said she would contact the shipping department and asked if they could put a note to that effect on the package before mailing.   Allison’s customer service was more than every expected but...it didn’t end there!   A short time later, Allison called to let me know that she had spoken with the shipping department and advised me how to use my invoice to track my package and, if necessary, to contact the delivery company. In today’s fast pace business environment, this type of customer service is rare.  I don’t know Allison but I do know that she is a star that shines bright in representing Make Me Heal.Thank you for allowing me to share my story and please give Allison a “thank you” hug from me!                 A Very Satisfied Customer!   • August 19, 2015 - Sandra: dear makemeheal corporate office, I just got off the phone with one of your representatives, Alison, and she was amazingly sweet, understanding and extremely helpful with my questions. I mistakenly order a wrong size of one of my items, then, I thought another item I had ordered at the same time wasn't arriving. It will but not till Friday! I explained all this to her and she listened, was sympathetic and that means a lot, right now while I am healing and trying to get looking like normal :) She's great example of what "true" customer service is all about!   • December 16th, 2014 - Greg : I ordered a package on Friday for 2 day delivery & was notified it would not be here until the end of business Wednesday, after my surgery. I spoke with Allison @ Makemeheal & she apologized for the delay. As I order most everything online & expected to hear the company policy about shipping. Allison told me the policy, but created a solution that kept me as a satisfied consumer. As a business owner, it is difficult to find employees who believe and share in a companies vision. Allison is a great employee as she  created a win-win situation. Please thank her for me.

  • June 6, 2014 - Ziggy: I wanted to let you know why I placed an order on makemeheal.com. I had a facelift/necklift and lipo to the cheeks and neck three days ago. I had done a lot of research online prior to surgery and found the same thing everywhere; most women have little to no pain. Well, post surgery my pain was excruciating, a ten on the scale. Three days out I'm still in bad pain, nothing is wrong, I'm just one of the unlucky ones. I got back online to research and found this AMAZING site. I cannot believe how much information is here! I wish I had found the site before surgery, so much of what I found was contrary to other sites and things I needed to read about (some women vomit, hurt, and can't sleep worth a darn afterwards). When I decided I needed a black compression garment to be a little less obvious than the one my doctor gave me I came straight here to purchase it. Not only is your selection large, prices good and reviews very helpful, but I want to support this site because it was such a good resource for me to help me feel normal about my negative reactions, to know what to expect from here, and how to make myself more comfortable. The investment you guys are making in the information presented is certainly paying off. Thank you for helping me, I'll spread the word about what an amazing resource this site is (it did NOT appear on my google searches for facelift in the first few pages), and I can't wait to put on a more comfortable garment than the cheapo that my doctor charged me twice your price for.   • June 27, 2013 -  Nancy:  I was disappointed that my items had been discontinued by the manufacturer. I was pleased, however, to get a phone contact the very next day after placing my order explaining this. Sarah, Ext 106, was most helpful and offered substitutions. She was very professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to shop your site again.

Kelly has provided great follow up when my items were back ordered and I needed the items urgently.  Subsequently Kelly patiently rended help and closely follow up again to put forward my request for refund when one of my items was shipped a wrong version.  Purchasing items online is always tricky especially when I am overseas. However, I will not hesitate to purchase my items again from Make Me Heal knowing Kelly is there to look out for my orders.

  • July 20, 2011 - Susan B: I just had to take a moment and send you an email to tell you how extremely happy I am with the service I received from your website today. I am a breast cancer survivor and I am getting ready to go on vacation. I needed some mastectomy bras that hook in the front and I placed an order through an online competitor about a week ago. The reason I ordered through them was that they had all the bras you had plus another I wanted to try. Today I received an email from them stating that one of the bras I had ordered was on back order and they would not be shipping my order for 7 -10 business days. I leave on vacation this Sunday, so this put me in a terrible jamb. I got online at Make Me Heal and asked for live help, a young woman named Marsha W assisted me. I asked to find out if the bras I wanted were in stock. She took the time to call the warehouse to determine if the bras I wanted were indeed onhand ready to ship. She determined that they were al in stock and I could go ahead and order. I decided to have them shipped to my hotel to make certain that I will have them for my trip. I found out that my hotel which is in Disney World does get US Postal service (everything goes to a genral PO Box and then gets sorted out from there!) I got back on chat and spoke with Marsha  again, she told me that some go UPS and some go regular mail. She told me to let her know when I placed the order. I placed the order and again requested live chat and again she helped me and made sure they were shipping UPS. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to me to know that when I get to Florida my order will be there waiting for me. I know this was completely my fault and my problem that all of a sudden I needed something in a hurry and delivered with a twist. Marsha W was kind and took the time to address all of my concerns and help me get my order placed and sent to the correct address. This really made a big impression on me and I will not be using any other company for these services from now on. I am a business owner and I love to hear the good and the bad so I wanted you to know how greatful I am to Marsha W. In this day and age of customer service slipping through the cracks, it's comforting to know there are still companies with customer service representatives that are kind and friendly and willing to do what they can to be helpful! I will continue to remember and tell others about the great service I received from you.

The eye mask has helped with the swelling and I have hardly bruised at all around my eyes and on my face! It's a miracle! I was so afraid when I return to work next Monday that my eyes would still be bruised and swollen. I have one week before I return and I am conviced the Arnica Montana has reduced the bruising and swelling so much I could practically go to work tomorrow without it being too noticeable. My friends can't believe it and now they too want to have the procudre so I have given them your web site to go to. Thank you so very much!!! I must say I "Absolutely LOVE" the product I bought...I like the fact I got to choose the color, especially like the design and the way it fits, didn't know if I'd like the straps..but they're actualy comfortable and they really help the girdle not roll down.   • 10/19/2007 - Kathy, Alabama: I received my order yesterday afternoon, and thank God that it arrived so quickly!  I had some lipo done on Monday and left the Dr's Office with just a binder and a ace wrap.  Since compression is the key to a successful lipo, a binder just wasn't enough.  The ace wrap is still needed because I just couldn't see how I can get compression any other way (I had some dog ears removed from a bust reduction and the area around it was lipo'ed as well). I can already see and feel a huge difference in the areas that I had lipo'ed using your product, which is a girdle with zippers.  I have a wonderful and talented Plastic Surgeon and when I go back for my follow up visit I can't wait to tell him about Make Me Heal products.  My sister is having a tummy tuck and augmentation on October 31st.  I told her she better call and get something that will support her while she heals.  Again, THANKS A MILLION! -

  • I just wanted to write to say that I'm extrememly happy with having placed my order with makemeheal. I had my surgery on a Friday afternoon and began wearing a garment purchased from a different company right away. It was uncomfortable immediatly but by the 5th day I was miserable. This other garment was pressure pointed on my incisions and it felt as though I was being tortured! When the door bell rang Saturday morning and I saw that package with the new garment it felt like Christmas morning to me!!!

If you have not already, please make your site and products and services known to every breast clinic and breast surgeon in the country.....
