The big news in the celebrity world, at least until Beyonce and Jay-Z come clean about their wedding (read the full story on Plastic Surgery at Beyonce and Jay-Z’s Wedding), is that pop-punk couple Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz is now engaged. The question is whether this wedding engagement will lead to more impending plastic surgery for Ashlee Simpson in anticipation of her big day.

The 23-year old singer, and sometimes actress, has also been rumored to have expressed interest in other procedures, including buttock implants.
