WTF? Leave the girl alone dude! She’s beautiful as she is, and body change doesn’t necessarily equal surgery - can be weight changes, normal development - whatever. Anyway, if it IS surgery - she looks tops in my book!

I don’t see the difference myself - except lighting.

Looking closely she seems to have all the same lines and folds in the 2008 pic as the 2003 one.

What’s different is: in the earlier pic her makeup is all wrong and it’s a closeup in natural light. In the 2007 shot her makeup suits her skin tone better and it was taken at night with a lower resolution camera.

The 2008 pic is taken indoors, from above, she has her head at an angle looking away and down with no big smile to bring out the laughter lines - not to mention it’s taken at a distance.

This is just gratuitous reporting. Along the lines of ‘any publicity is good publicity’, probably arranged for by her publicist.

i think that kim is a very attractive girl and that she is an actual example of what women with curves look like and well if she has had work done people are just hating because they just dont have the money or contacts of doing it… people in the entertainment industry devote themselves to preserving what is of most value to them and well it just so happens that for kim it is her appearance and well if that is how she is going to feed herself then it is in her best interest to be the best she can be … besides if she has done improvements thats what they have been improvements she didn’t go into a hospital looking like Frankenstein’s bride and then came out as she is now so give her some credit… i have cellulite and if i could id do the same thing… cellulite is not something you choose to have its something that runs in the family thus its hereditary and if i can change it then i would and she did so dont hate her and criticize her for something you’d probably did and for those who blame her for destroying youth and what not she is an entertainer , and entertainers dont sign up to be looked up to they do it to entertain…. if parents do their jobs and are there and really stress good values and beliefs then you grow up knowing good from wrong and in life you learn to absorb what is good and to be neutral and simply learn from the bad…. so just stop blaming her for problems with the youth if you need spiritual nourishment go to a church not tv…. in a girl and im jealous of kim she is hot and i am mature enough to admit it… so keep up the good work … and make it last as long as you can girl….

Marla is correct. Meryl’s high cheekbones have helped her maintain a youthful appearance. What most people don’t know is that what we associate with aging is simply sun damage and when you take care of yourself by wearing sunscreen and maintaining a consistent weight you can maintain a youthful appearance. I’m in my late 40s with high cheekbones and I always wear sunscreen. Most people think I’m in my early 30s. Women my age will routinely tell me “your young…wait until you are my age.” When I tell them my age they are shocked and think I must have had botox, etc. This is what dermatologists have been saying for years. We don’t really know what a 59 year old should look like because since the 1940s most women relished in getting suntans in their 20s and 30s and they damaged their skin. I personally think Meryl has taken care of herself by wearing sunscreen and avoiding excessive weight gains and losses which stretch the skin and which many women tend to do as evidence in the multiple weight loss plans and programs advertised daily.
