Jennifer Lopez’s Bikini Shatters Plastic Surgery Rumors
Jennifer Lopez’s body changes as often as the multi-career hats she wears, from Fly Girl, To Jenny From The Block, to fashion designer. A few months ago, Make Me Heal reported on Jennifer’s possible plastic surgery mommy makeover. It now seems that those rumors can be put to rest as being untrue (See Make Me Heal’s story on Jennifer Lopez’s Plastic Surgery Mommy Makeover). Nearly five months after giving birth to twins, J. Lo’s first photos in a two-piece bathing suit reveal quite a bit of meat around her protruding tummy and love handles that are normal for a woman who has recently given birth. Given the mini-gut, it is unlikely that Jennifer has opted for a liposuction (not tumescent or laser-assisted) or a tummy tuck.
Jennifer has been notoriously open-minded when she has spoken about plastic surgery, although she has never admitted to having any nips and tucks.
“If people want to get enhancements here and there and little shots or whatever… I don’t do it, but I don’t want to judge because I don’t know how I’ll feel when I’m 40 or 50 and if that is something I would do. I know that getting older is tough; I don’t want to judge because I’m not there yet.”
Since making it big, Jennifer has been rumored to have had a nose job, cheek implants and even a lip reduction, although the latter rumor seems unfounded. More recently, she has also been rumored to use dermal injections like Botox and Restylane to take care of any lines and wrinkles as well as laser treatments like Fraxel, Pixel, or Active Fx to help preserve her skin’ youthful and glowing appearance.
She has also been rumored to have had a breast augmentation to help her front match her copious back. After appearing in public shortly after giving birth and looking much the same weight as she did before pregnancy, Make Me Heal wondered if Jennifer also had a Mommy Makeover in the form of less invasive liposuction procedures like SmartLipo. As the photos were with flowing clothes, it was hard to tell what shape Jennifer’s body was in. Now, it is obvious that underneath the clothes Jennifer’s body was much like any normal new mom.
Although she has yet to lose all the pregnancy weight of carrying twins, Jennifer looks pretty good and does her best to pull off the bikini bravely with confidence. As her body is definitely not up to the professional standards of the entertainment industry, we anticipate that J.Lo will need to work hard to shed the baby fat with a few months of exercise. There is always the possibility that she will try to fast-track her body back to shape with a little help from the plastic surgeon.

J-Lo is so full of shit!!! It is obvious she’s had plenty of work done on her face and body. Why does she continue to be such a hypocrite? If she got surgery then why lie about it?! As for being a diva, she’s far from it. She is basically talentless! She can’t sing and she can’t act. So, what’s the deal!? What can she honestly say she has done for her community? NADA! I don’t subscribe to her supposed “fame”. Give me a break!
