		<description>Although I truly am an advocate of cosmetic surgery, I am also an advocate of the philosophy of "Everything in Moderation". Unfortunately the media is not. How I wish they could be more focused on education and less on hype. The decision to have or not have an aesthetic makeover should always be based on personal choice rather than outside influences and perceived societal expectations.
