Does it hurt also? I am having to wait that extra amount of time from complications. I am in so much pain all over my tuumy, and my back get so sore. I am either crying, takimg meds, or sleeping. Just took my meds now waiting for enough pain reduction to get in the recliner for the next six hours. I feel so bad for you and hope it is not hurting you also. You have all that swelling and that would be about all I could take.

I saw my ps yesterday and he drained over 1 litre of fluid from my stomach. The releif was enormous, I was so swollen and really in alot of discomfort. He has warned me though that the seroma will occur again as there is a cavity between my stomach wall and the fat/skin so it will fill again in aneffort for it to heal. Unless the swelling gets really uncomfotable I need to try and put up with things and let the fluid do its job and heal naturally which could atke months!I guess its just the way it is. I have posted photos from this orning and already some fluid is back and he told me it was unlikely that he got all the fluid out anyway, its a long road this one. As far as the other problems are concerned he assured me that he would correct the lopsidedness, saying that it was his job to put things right and that he would look again in 3 months, which was reassuring. When I saw him initially he suggested I had a fleur de liys TT which I didn't want, but the ps has said that now unless I do have one there is only a certain amount of tightness that can be acheived so I may revise my decision. All in all I feel better that he recognised there is a problem and that now I know I just have to ist it out and wait to heal. I only wish that I had been born with more patience!!

I just came across this today and hope you are feeling better, I think that you should go on the tt message boards, you will get a bigger response there, not alot of the ladies travel the photos daily.

I have to say though your surgery should have yielded better results, you have a long way to go before you see the final result, most doctors wont even do revisions before 6mnths and some not until the 1st year. Give it time, the one thing's for sure, your breast look really good. I think your ps did a good job on them.

Now your stomach is supper swollen, you might be right about not enough taken out, but that can always be revision, and maybe there was only so much that the doctor could remove at once. There is a couple of ladies that had similar result, and also had to get a second round of skin removal. I will try to locate them and send their links your way. Good luck in your healing, it will get better in time and you will end up loving your results, your body has gone through alot of trauma, let it recuperate, getting depressed will only slow down healing time.

Keep your spirits up and make sure you let your doctor know your concerns, I'm sure there will be something you can come to agree on.

I paid just over £10,000 to have a mastopexy and FTT. I went to an eminent surgeon with a brilliant reputation, I did my home work and shopped around. I lost 100lbs and ended up at a weight of 182lbs, I am 5ft 10". My ps thought that it was OK to go ahead at that weight and I explained that I wasn't expecting miracles but that I was desperate to get rid of my over hang, he assured m this could be done. I actually feel worse now that I have had the proceedure, in y worst nightmares I didn't think it would look this bad. I have posted my pictures because I have scoured the internet looking for after pics that look like e, after checking out thousands I can find none with such an awful result.
I would appreciate any help advice or experiences, I cry every day, and I'm depressed in a way I never was before surgery.....my biggest hope is that the over hang is all swelling, but my suspicions are that he just didn't remove much skin or fat at all..please help
