My Personal Statement:
After years of yo-yo dieting and finally losing 90 pounds the right way, I desperately needed to get rid of that "pouch" that was left behind. I was fit and fairly trim otherwise. Dr. Yates was my miracle worker! I feel like a new person, and can finally hold my head up high. I feel like I look better than I did when I was 19.

My surgery and recovery was flawless. I had no complications. Dr. Yates and his staff explained to me early on what to expect, so I was prepared and I feel this is KEY in your recovery. That, paired with the information I got from Make Me Heal made my recovery so much easier.

My implants are 240cc's filled to 250, under muscle, saline. I was a 32B and very deflated before surgery. Now I am a 32DD. 1600 cc's were removed from hips and outer thighs during lipo.

As a word of advice to anyone seeking plastic surgery, make sure your motives are right. The surgery needs to be for you, not for someone else, and make sure you are not seeking perfection. No surgeon can make your perfect. Research your surgeon and chose one who is board certified, qualified, and you are comfortable with, as he or she will be your lifeline over the months following your surgery. This is a life changing experience. Make sure you have an excellent support system.
