Thank you. I did only need the pain killers for a few days. On the 6th day I felt great. I am po 11 days now and back to working out. I cannot believe how easy recovery has been so far. I am so happy. I cant wait to see them after they have dropped.

Hang in there, the worst part is the muscle spasms. That will only last for a few days maybe 3-4 hopefully. When the swelling starts to go the muscle spasms goes with it. I think I only needed pain killers for 3-4 days.
