Album Description

I am a mother of three sons, all grown, and grandmother to four grandchildren. I breastfed all of my sons-one for 2 months, one for 22 months and one for 18 months. I never regretted breastfeeding them, and would never change what I did. My breasts were not too bad after breastfeeding. At age 55 I started working out at the gym on a regular basis, and after a year I'd lost only 6 pounds. I found a diet that helped me lose unwanted body fat. I ended up losing approximately 24 pounds after 4 months on the diet, and 16 months of regular cardio exercise and weight training. Well, since boobs are composed mostly of fat tissue, I had not much left in the way of breast tissue, just saggy skin. I never in my wildest dreams imagined that I would ever want to have BA surgery, but having deflated boobs left me feeling very unfeminine. I found this site while researching for BA, but did not find many women over age 50 that had BA surgery. I just want women to know, we are never too old to improve our bodies and self image! My doctor performed a BA with a crescent lift.
