Surgeon is happy to redo in a couple of months time if I am not happy with size as with my build I hide quite a larger implant well.
**2 month update**
I have decided not to go bigger at this time, I am now a 36DD which is what I wanted...but when the time comes to replace them in the future I will definitely look at going with a larger size :)
