Why is it that when I do not smile I appear really ugly, I have absolutely no cheeks. Well this is why I am planning to get a cheek lift and cheek augmentation. So I dont have to permanently smile to look ok. Look at the nasalobial folds, I mean the other pictures dont even look like the same person.Comments (8)

| 2011-04-23 08:25:10 It's all about getting the RIGHT SIZE malar implants. I would make sure that you go to a surgeon that has a lot of experience with this procedure and has gotten good results. Ask to see pictures and to speak to at least two of his male patients. A good surgeon understands that the desired result is different for a male versus a female. You appear to only need submalar implants to balance out your jaw. The look should be subtle and natural. This is a scarless, reversable surgury.

| 2010-11-28 05:28:35 Like everyone else who has commented, I also think you're handsome as is, but I understand how you feel because I have the same issue: my cheekbones are virtually non-existent until I smile, and it's really bothersome. If you do have the surgery, please let us know what doctor you used. I would love to see the results.

| 2009-06-30 23:09:04 duuude! ur gorgeous! n i have really high stnadards. seriously.. i dont get why u dislike the way u look so much.. i mean u look perfectly fine. whats the problem? i mean if u get cheek implants it will make ur cheeks look round n squishy. it will look really gross! n plus cheek augmentation makes ur mouth and jaw appear smaller. trust me i know cuz i have cheek implants. its simple, u make one object bigger n others look smaller by comparison. full round cheeks are a feminine characteristic. only fat guys n young boys have round cheeks. ur face is nice n chiseled the way a guys should be. n dont chnage ur nose u have a strong manly nose. if u get a nose job it will take the character out of ur face.. it might end up lookin too soft or like a manequin, devoid of personality. please dont get surgery.. seriously.. go out n buy a new car with the money instead

If you decide to do anything, just make sure it doesn't make you look feminine. You have a prominent jaw, so if cheeks are done right, it could be very attractive. Go to the right doctor. There is a guy in Boston, who is supposed to be the best for cheeks. I don't know where you live, but if they are done right, it would be worth the trip.

| 2009-01-25 18:33:35 If you have to do something do the cheeks or just get fat injections to cheek area..If you where my hubby I'd tweeze your brows a tiny tiny bit..The fat will last and is the least invasive an least expensive....You don't really need anything but if your going for it and it will make you feel better...Thats what I would do...Keep the nose...You don't want a girly nose...LOL
