I agree with YOU completely. Your face was small and feminine before. Now do you feel like all you see is chin? And how is your smile? Since the implant stretched your lower lip and jaw is it an awkward smile or did it become beautiful again? Did you decide to keep it, have it removed or replace it? I'm in the same boat 2.5 weeks post op and like my profile better but look all chin from the front. It makes my face look long and stretched and my smile weird. Hate the size the Dr. chose and want it replaced with a \_/ not round and smaller implant right away. Regretting this masculine look.

Could you post something from the side? In these pictures, while I can tell a difference, I don't necessarily think the either looks better or worse.

i think you look fantastic in your after pic... youre prob just a little shocked at the change in your face.. i think you look much younger now, somehow the lines around your mouth are smoothed out... try not to obsess over it , forget about it for a while and give yourself a chance to get used to the change...

I think it looks good either way. I don't think you needed an implant at all. Perhaps you could have just used some fillers. Should you keep it in? - depends upon your preference - but don't be hasty, it often takes months for all the swelling to go down.

I agree - your chin and lips look better after the implant was put in. You look younger and more sensual. I think you visually have to get used to it. I had a chin implant 15 yrs ago and loved it at first - the swelling took a yr to go down I feel. After 15 yrs I dont care for the look as much. Mine shifted to the right. make sure yours is attached well- but honestly - you look prettier after- you just need to get used to is and dont' expect family and friends to like it. They want to see your old face thats familiar to them.

Dzien dobry... ;)

I think you look great both before and after but I prefer the after shot, more refined and feminine. Wish I got to see your entire face, I bet you look gorgeous...

I can see a definite improvement. I don't think you suffered for nothing dear.

Congratulations,
