A buddy of mine flew in from Calif. in aug. for his neck lift..chin implant and lower face lift. He is age 54 and although not 'wrinkled' up bad..he had very 'full/thick' neck and saggyish jaw. I recommended Dr. Zins and OMG..the Arnica 3 days prior..4 days post surgery HELPED him so much, he had like 20% of the 'normal' bruising! But the best is that honest to GOD...the day after surgery when wraps came off, I was blowwwn away at Dr. Zins talents! And two wks. later when he had to fly home...he literally looked 35 yrs. old again! lolol I have KNOWN him since age 24! I hope one day I can afford/go to Dr. Zins..he is THE BEST surgeon in Cleveland..and indeed, one of the best I've seen ANYwhere..and I've seen plenty in my line of work! ;)

Del, you look fabulous. Your 1-day after is incredible. You don't even look swollen or bruised! Were you prescribed anything like prednisone pre-op?
