6 pack attack

Album Description

Well I've decided to go through with it and finally booked it. I’m joining the ranks of the surgically altered!

The procedure is booked for 3rd March and will consist of lipo on the whole abdomen, chest and hips. I am obviously very excited but somewhat apprehensive. I literally can’t wait until it’s done.

These are obviously all before photos (Ignore my rating of the procedure; the website insisted I fill it in even though I haven’t had it done yet).

I think that you are absolutely crazy to be having plastic surgery, as a surgeon I would not advise anyone to undergo procedures involving a general anaesthetic unless absolutely necessary. General anaesthesia in itself carries an abundance of risks putting the cardiovascular and respiratory systems under an immense physiological(possibly life-threatening) strain. Furthermore the risks of infection, scarring, necrosis, physical deformity, gangrene and septicaemia must not be ignored. Your physique is due to a poor diet and lack of exercise. You are basically slightly overweight and in need of toning up and strengthening your muscles. You don't need surgery, you need regular exercise and a healthy low fat diet. Short-cuts such as plastic surgery in a young, relatively healthy person provide a short term solution and appeal to lazy, undisciplined people looking for a quick fix. Unless you change your lifestyle by exercising regularly and eating sensibly, your body will soon revert back to it's original condition and appearance. Don't waste your money and risk your health through vanity and foolishness.Whoever agreed to operate on you is an opportunistic, exploitative charlatan. As a plastic surgeon I would never have advised or agreed to perform surgery on you, instead I would recommend that you join a gym and cut down on your carbohydrate and fat intake and increase the protein, fibre, fruit and vegetables in your diet.

I'm getting ready to get this procedure done and I hope my 'after' pictures look half as good as your 'before' pictures. I've put on 30 lbs in the last 10 years and it's all in the wrong places.

Hi Steve, Hope your surgery went well. Honestly, I don't think significant surgery would give you positive results because you are mostly fit -- I don't see the need for the gyno surgery at all in your case -- I'm concerned that any amount of lipo they do will be easily overdone if you don't get someone who is conservative. Please post your results pics if you get a chance.
