I'm 59 yrs. of age now, and have never gained more than 25 lbs., even after four pregnancies. But after menopause I developed unsightly back rolls and abdominal rolls from loosening skin. After last year's successful face lift with Dr. Pino, and the terrific aftercare experience I had at Villa Le Mas, I looked forward to going back this summer for a tummy tuck and back lift. I'm so happy that I did this! It was another terrific experience and great result by a doctor for whom I have the highest respect and trust. I get no benefits from recommending this doctor, but I am happy to answer questions and give further information to anyone who wants to contact me. I researched for a year, reading posts of over 50 previous patients on the web site PlasticSurgeryJourneys.com, and emailing quite a few of them. I traveled alone, spending 3 weeks in Costa Rica last year and 2 weeks this summer, for face/neck/brow/eye/lip/breast/back lifts, rhinoplasty, breast aug., and lipo by a skilled surgeon (English speaking) who practiced for awhile in Miami, and is a corresponding member of the ASPS. Dr. Pino has his own modern surgical clinic, with all its equipment imported from the U.S., and FDA approved. Even with travel and aftercare, I've spent approx. 1/3rd what I would have paid in the U.S. for all these procedures, and have had absolutely no complications.
