I'm assuming you've done some research on the 3 lipo methods you're considering so, I won't comment on the difference, but looking at your pics, a couple of things come to mind:

- Vaser tends to work better when larger areas are being liposuctioned (vs. smartlipo, which is particularly good for small, hard-to-reach areas). Having said that, you don't have much that would need to be lipoed anyway, so smartlipo should work fine. Of course, vaser would also work well.

- In regards to vaser high def, this technique makes me a bit nervous. I've seen some good pics, but I've definately seen more bad or awkward looking 'after surgery' pics. It can sometimes look really fake, like abs were painted on with no regard to making them work with the rest of your bod. For my money and lack of worry, I'd say you don't need the high def. Plus, you're in great shape and already have definition. Regular lipo will enhance that
