this album contains my photographs before and after my surgery. All the photos are taken toward the end of the day, and some have flash, natural and overhead lighting. With a flash, little bumps or imperfections are not as visible. With overhead lighting you can see divots and imperfections.

I went in for surgery of late 2006. I was very excited and felt comfortable with my choice of doctor. I requested the following procedures: waist lipo, outer thighs, upper hips, upper arms, and stomach. I had sent Dr. Fuentes my photos and had met with him and told him what I wanted. When I went in for surgery two months later, the doctor marked me up, and we discussed briefly where I wanted to be lipoed. When I came to, around 6 that evening (my surgery was at 8 that morning) I was lightheaded and weak, and could not bend whatsoever. I was in bed for almost a week, and couldn�t understand why I couldn�t get out of bed without assistance. The reason my back was sore was because my lower back had been liposuctioned without my permission. At first, my back seemed fine, but as the days and weeks passed and the swelling went down, I found that the fat on my back was almost completely sucked out. I NEVER AGREED TO HAVE THIS DONE. After speaking with him about a revision, he agreed to provide me one free of charge, and that my buttocks would be the source of fat removal. On the morning of my surgery, the doctor informed me that he would take fat from my legs and make them straight. I agreed, because I trusted his opinion and believed he wouldn�t put me in danger for another deformity after what he did the first time. WAS I EVER WRONG. My legs which seemed ok the first month have become bowed and misshapen, and as a result my legs are ruined. My mother cried when she saw them. I can�t even begin to tell you how depressed and ashamed this has made me. The doctor is known to be very conservative, and yet my legs and back speak for themselves. I hope to god that I can get a filler to correct this. So far, I have spent 14 thousand dollars in revisions, and have most recently undergone a brachioplasty, and most likely have another 14 thousand on revision costs to feel somewhat whole.
