My front profile. did u see my original noses front profile? the middle part tip needed a tiny lift! now look at this photo... the middle part tip is waaaaay droopier!!! the only reason i wanted a nose job was becase i hated my middle part tip (columella??) thats what i hated because it was droopy and now its waaay more droopy :(Comments (4)

I've got that too, aswell as alar retraction, and a twisted nose, and many other problems caused by my rhinoplasty, so yours looks great in comparrison to mine! If thats the only problem post surgery, i wouldn't be concerned, it can be fixed. Have you had anything done about it yet? If so, what did they do? And was it successful?

| 2010-04-25 17:28:54 it's not droopy it looks natural. You don't want to mess with the bottom of the nose. It may collapse if you do. You look great.
