Your old nose was too wide, too scooped, with a weird bulb at the end and this one is perfectly in harmony with your face and very real looking! I'm surprised you put 3/5 for results; they definitely look 5/5 to me!

I think you great!!! Unbelievable change, AMAZING!! Look at me, I'm going on and on. :) I do agree also that a small chin implant would balance out your impressive new nose, but with or without it, you look fantastic. ENJOY it!!!

Well, even without a chin implant, fightingreality looks great after his surgery!! Wonderful improvement.

Hi, I saw that you asked Dr. Naderi if the morph MMH did for you was "realistic". I also morph people and am very familiar with things within the realm of the 'art of the possible'.
I will tell you that I thing that the morpher did depict something to strive for that is achievable. As Dr. Naderi told you, the dorsum (bridge of nose) needs to be built up, most likely with rib cartilage. From there, you need to focus on finding docs who are good at doing just that: building up the dorsum of the nose with rib grafts.
All in all, I think the morph is a realistic expectation to have but with a rhino expert who is "on target" for building up the dorsum with rib grafts. If I were morphing you, I would have also brought out the chin a bit (small chin implant) for better facial balance.
