Description

this is a completely front facing photograph 18 months post op from a closed rhinoplasty to reduce bridge and define tip. as you can see there is a lump on one side of my tip from left over excess cartilage (admitted as a mistake by surgeon) Should I do revision surgery with the same surgeon? He has offered to do it for free but using an open procedure (which I am dreading due to scar)

I honestly could not notice the bump. Even after I read the caption i had to look for it. To answer your question though, how well known is this Dr.? How many of his patients end up getting a revision? If many of his patients do go for a revision (whether w/him or another Dr.) I would perhaps look elsewhere for a Dr., even if this one is free.
