| 2007-07-01 09:50:12 HI. I have fat necrosis. What I see here looks like scar tissue and you may have an infection. The fat necrosis is very very hard. Gooey seems to be the would struggling to heal over scar tissue; have the PS look and debride. use bacitracin.
