I forgot to mention, I try and permanently hold in my stomach muscles as much as I can through out each day, after 21 years you kind of get used to doing it, I think that is why my plastic surgeon said my muscles were really good and did not need no muscle repair.

Hi everyone,
My name is Trisha and this is my story......
I have 4 lovely children, aged 22, 21, 18 and 16
Prior to having any children I was far too skinny...no hips/butt and very little in the chest department NOT SEXY AT ALL! I was a UK size 8-10 when I fell pregnant with my first and only went up to a small size 12, I was lucky, my body pinged back into shape in no time BUT I kept a few more curves, especially in the bum and chest department YIPPEE (happy hubby) I sure made up for it with my second child....the moment I fell pregnant I grew and grew and grew. So when I went into labour suite I was a big size 20 (practically bursting out of my dresses ) but on a good note, when I gave birth to my adorable son I walked out of the labour suite a size 16 (I kid you not, he was a 10lb bouncing baby boy going straight into 3-6 month clothes) I really had to work my tushy off to loose the weight and trim down/tone up so when I fell pregnant with my third I was a happy size 12, and went up to a size 16, and my final baby I did the same, going from a 12 to a 16. I think breastfeeding all my babies helped me loose the weight....also I'm very lucky as I still have a nice pair (or so my hubby says lol) Okay so they've gone south by an inch but hey after breastfeeding I'm a 38d so I'm not complaining ........
Yeah okay scratch that....I am complaining, Ive been left with my well earned "jelly belly" so the time has come to send it on a permanent holiday...I have my pre tests on 5th feb then op on the 17th...cant wait :)
I'll keep you guys (and gals) posted so till then......

Be Good, If Not Be Brilliant!
