I am also at 4 weeks and I'll tell you that what I see on you is swelling. I know it's hard to believe, but the swelling can make you almost look worse than you did before. I have read that it can take up to a year for the swelling to end and your body to take shape. Also, are you wearing your binder 24/7? OR if you have lost any weight since surgery that can cause the skin to be loose again. If you are really concerned ask your PS for a revision. Some PS don't pull the skin super tight because it can burst open if it's too tight. But sometimes they don't take enough. If you look at my album , you'll see that I go up in down in swelling and some days look better than others. Don't get down about it just yet, you're still healing.
