I had rather "normal" labia until you got down to the vaginal opening where I had these horrible flaps about an inch long on each side. So I have to say that anything is a big improvement over what I had.
One day I would like to get vaginoplasty to tighten my vaginal opening, but I'd like to have more kids, so I plan on holding off on that until I'm done having children.. no sense in tightening things up and then.. well, you know :)
