i had a lower eyelid revision by an occuplastic surgeon with disastrous results.is it repairable?my eyes are half as small


i had surgery on 02/19/2013..
my surgeon ,an occuplastic surgeon completely destroyed my eyes and refuses to even say what he had done to them,they are twice as small and very strange looking.is it fixable?or am i forever doomed to look like this?

when i first noticed and sent him photos he said that because the photos were selfies,they were not real....well i went and got the photos HE HIMSELF took at the office of before and afters...what the hell could he have done to cause this?
